I'm wondering if there will soon be a mixer similar to the Q-SD but that will accept BOTH
SDHC cards AND USB flash drives that will also have an LED screen and controls similar to the ones on the Q-SD mixer? That way a DJ can choose
whether to use an SDHC card OR a USB Flash drive. I figure this would come in handy since thay make flash drives that will hold up to 64 gig. It should also have USB connections in the back for laptop connectivity.

Not that I have heard of yet, but good suggestion.

This all sounds great. However, on a more practical and immediate level...I would like to know when there will be a FIRMWARE update so we can use SDHC cards that are over 4GB. I am thinking of purchasing this mixer, but the 4GB limit is the only thing that makes me hesitate.

From what I understand the unit won't read any higher than "999" tracks because it only has a 3 digit readout. This means that you could only use up to an 8 gig SDHC card. I've used an SDJ-2 and it only reads up to 999 tracks.

I just want to see the features for the "Q-SD" available on a mixer that will handle up to a 32 gig USB flash drive and it would have a 4 digit readout/display so I could see what song I'm playing.
