I tried sending this via email to American Audio but it came back undeliverable.

On my last job the sound kept cutting out in the right channel with the MKII. I then hooked up my backup mixer and everything worked fine.

The problem - When I pan to the right I get little or no sound. When I push the fader up, the sound suddenly gets louder, but not as loud as the left side. Is there something I can do or do I need to send it in under the warranty?
And if so, how long would it take to return to me?
